Ellie visited my 90 year old Mum Wednesday evening at home which was convenient & easier than having to take time off work to travel to a daytime appointment. Ellie was kind & friendly, explaning the procedure & showed us pictures before & after wax removal. Highly recommend.

Ellie visited my 94 year old Mum today. Mum was struggling with deafness in one ear, and becoming increasingly anxious about it. Following Ellie's treatment, which was removal of wax from both ears, she can hear clearly again, and has now turned down her TV as it was 'so loud!' I wish I'd booked Ellie in sooner. Thank you.
